Der Space Plus Store Bochum bietet dir einen ebenerdigen Zugang zum Gebäude. Die Lagerräume sind dabei auf 2 Etagen verteilt. Vor dem Gebäude befinden sich ausreichend Parkplätze, die du selbstverständlich für die Zeit der Be- und Entladung deiner Self Storage-Fläche nutzen kannst. Mit einem personalisierten Zugangscode erhälst du 7 Tage die Woche von 06:00 Uhr bis 23:00 Uhr Zutritt zu deiner Lagerfläche. Und solltest du für das Einlagern deiner Güter noch passendes Verpackungsmaterial benötigen, haben wir stets ein nachhaltig produziertes und umfangreiches Sortiment auf Lager, erhältlich direkt vor Ort.

Clean, cameras everywhere, the opening of the gates and doors is controlled via an app and works perfectly, everything is great!

It is definitely not the most reliable place or the most professional staff. It took them 2 months to pay me back the deposit they ask for to use a warehouse, however I must say that the facilities are at least decent. I wouldn't keep anything here again.

We are extremely happy, especially Christian, who brings life here and is extremely accommodating and welcoming. Even during the viewing, he and his presence were reasons why we decided on quick and uncomplicated growth with space plus in the long term.

Great place, very clean very well maintained I recommend it to everyone. The super contact person really had the feeling of being welcome there. It's something new that was needed in Bochum and it's an opportunity for this city we rented 20sqm at a good price to recommend
